The Fire Professionals Association holds no affiliation to any other industry association body, group or entity. We proudly stand alone in the industry. We do not endorse or promote any product associated with the fire industry. We are an independent island of thought, and a soundboard of free speech and discussion. Our unwavering stance is to remain true to our member, our values and our objectives. To encourage and mentor the professionals within our industry.
To make real change, to promote a positive and honest culture where individuals are recognised for the work they do, regardless of level. Where all members are and remain equal. All members are encouraged to participate and contribute within the community, expressing views and opinions. Freely being able to ask for advice and guidance. To grow and develop as individuals within the professional community and therefore within the TFPA community. To submit ideas, to raise concerns, to talk about experiences.

As our community grows our vision is to see the implementation of upward and downward mentoring across our members. Cross discipline and cross role mentoring to build and develop well rounded understanding and knowledge of our industry.
Our communities common goal is to quite simply bring about positive change to the fire industry.
At its core, The Fire Professionals Association sees that the fire industry is not right. Improvements must be made and changes implemented throughout its structure. Together, we can achieve this.
